Enrique maintains an active trial law practice and specializes in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from the negligence of others, including defective products litigation, trucking accidents, rollover accidents, maritime accidents, securities litigation, employment litigation, and other areas.
Enrique has over 12 years of experience in representing plaintiffs in class actions and other complex litigation, and is no stranger to the courtroom, having settled, tried, or taken to a jury, over 400 cases in his career.
Enrique became a Member of the State Bar of Texas in the year 1994, and practices in both federal and state courts in the State of Texas and throughout the U.S. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Federal District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas . Enrique has successfully tried cases in the states of Texas , New York , Pennsylvania , and California .
During his career, Enrique served as General Counsel for several U.S. Corporations including Golbalcom International, Inc. ( San Antonio , TX ) and after with Franklin Telecom, Inc. ( West Lake Village , CA ) a NASDAQ publicly traded corporation.
Enrique has received the prestigious, Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas Award for 10 Years of Outstanding Contributions and Legal Services to the Poor in 2003. Enrique is also an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, Texas Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
